I guess you meant Ramp. From a link that is "under construction":
"From January 1996 to June 1999 Mr. Berman was the President and founder of Cymedix, the operating division of the former Ramp Corp. (RCO)."

When you do the math on the reverse splits this company would have over 225 billion shares out.

Can you please explain in great detail how DECN would have over 225 billion shares out? I see this number thrown around a lot but not proof or explanation how people come up with this ridiculous share count. IMO.
