No one is debating or questioning the financials filed on the OTC...what you are failing to address or provide links to is the merger occurring on Nov 3 where assets were brought into the holding company. Those will be on the Annual Report. Are you saying what was merged into the holding company was ‘an empty shell’? If so, do you have a link to show that?
