your summation that these cash balances are due to a return of cash via accounting fraud is not accurate

these companies have had cash for years.

what you need to measure is their net worth / solvency

which is at $3B on a quarterly basis, but likely at least fannie will need draws in march (aka a return of stolen money via gary hindes lingo)

anyway, just fact checking your statements and.... what you have been saying about the implications of cash on the balance sheets isn't true
