Many of these companies have no financials. They just took advantage of the public markets and hyped themselves up.

looked through their website and could find no products for sale. In addition, I found the following entries on their website:

Div 1: Gold mine property. Could not substatiate these claims or find lists of reported Gold finds. Someone else may have better luck.

Div 2: DISCLAIMER: WEED Inc. has not built to date any Agricultural or Cultivation Centers. This will require substantial funding that WEED Inc. is in the process of raising.

Div: 3. PRIZM Security Services plans to supply low cost, at cost, or FREE security monitoring systems for all dispensaries under contract for a minimum of 1 year. They quote a total sales of $699,198,805 , which is not for their Co., but for the totality of Colorado for the security sector.
