And I can't understand the continued ignorance of accounting rules. JBZY has acquired nothing but an empty shell named JB &ZJMY LTD whose financial position is well known. Nothing is going to miraculously be rolled into the company. It's has all been discussed to death and the stock will follow...a slow decline to death.
