DarkPulse didn't obtain a DUNS number until several people including myself pointed out that didn't have a DUNS number - therefore they can't bid on any government contracts.
A DUNS number is free and can be obtained in 1 day - and O'Leary filed and got one.
Then there is absolutely no information about DarkPulse being awarded any contracts.
The DarkPulse press releases started in September 2017 - and it was pumping Bravatek.
Remember that Bravatek had another fake company trying to pump Bravatek but Cellucci got embarrassed when the DD about SNNC/David Mersky was posted - Cellucci stated on Twitter he had done the due diligence on Mersky - then a few days later Cellucci issued a 8-K about terminating the SAA with Mersky.
The big contract that Bravatek was supposed to getting a $21.4 million finders fee was with a Iron Ore Mining company - any mining company that was spending $107 million on improving the safety of the mine(s) would be issuing numerous press releases.
Plus, a 20% finder's fee is pretty funny - no one could possibly believe that nonsense.
