you know better than that...CHARTS DON'T APPLY TO PENNY STOCKS PERIOD!!! Anyone telling you differently or telling some bogus chart story is lying to themselves. In addition, anyone pulling out a chart on a penny stock is doing so based solely on the current momentum which is complete bs and so inaccurate it's disgraceful. Penny stocks lack the volume and trading history to correctly/accurately chart and fundamentals or accurate news is the most important factor in the movement of penny stocks. Moreover, market cap, shares outstanding and most importantly DILUTION are the key factors in helping understand/validate the company's fundamentals and direction.
"short-term chart" = a news release has occurred and dictates the movement of the stock and has nothing to do with a chart at all.
