I don't know if you already figured it out but if not heres what you need to do..

Open an account to Coinbase transfer your $ after it cleared buy yourself a Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin or Bitcash.. My advice to avoid a high fees is to transfer your $ to GDAX then buy your Bitcoin, Ether, Litcoin, Bitcash.. After that you withdraw your coins and deposit it to Binance.. Once again you need to open an acct at Binance.. Once deposited you are ready to buy IOTA using your coins..
