Maybe he just needs the money for orthodontists bills,tuition,new house,groceries,etc.

At any rate, if an insider ever wants to be able to sell any shares at some time in the future for any reason,they have to have been registered for a certain amount of time. Doesn't necessarily mean the sale is imminent.

Having said that, I think we've been had. Just the final nail in the coffin.

My take... I bet JB says that he is preparing to sell for when the pps is at a level he can be happy with. He has said this before.
