Mods must follow the same TOS as everyone else, and are expected to remove posts that violate TOS.

Keep in mind, most boards have 6 mods that can remove posts. Admin and Mod Squad also may remove posts, so you can't assume 1 moderator is responsible for all the deletions.

You can appeal deletes by mods via the "Request Review" option at "My Removed Posts".

No. A mod is not supposed to moderate using investor/user sentiment either way. And if they are, they usually don't last too long.
