#26331 RE: n0gutsn0gl0ry #26330

At this point I believe .44¢ is 'pie in the sky'. I don't think anyone really knows how many shares have been 'issued' and even if this gets turned around, the PPS seems bound to remain a single digit penny stock until all the shares come off restriction for a sustainable time frame beyond a couple of years.

There are a boat load of investors, out there' that have been 'given' shares for five figure investments +/-. If revenues are not at a certain level to sustain all these restricted [??] shares coming to market, then we may see legal actions that will dampen PPS as well. And this is over and above the BAM shares. . .

Heck, I've got BAM shares that I'm waiting to do something with once/IF, steady/real production/sales/revenues comes to fruition and I know of several dozen +/- other BAM holders are sitting and waiting, a few have converted, but most have NOT.

Regards,

KZM

If this baby hits .44 cents ....I'm walking with close to 250k in my pocket! If it hits a buck, half a million. Let's go Bork! I'll be dumping fast.

If true, "we see everything, we hear everything" then please ask John Bourque to extend a small degree of a forthright and upfront and honest attitude towards the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders using his Twitter account to explain why the company web site has been removed, and why the Annual financial report has not been published.

Quite simply, what is John Bourque hiding, as in, John Bourque controlling his puppets at the Board of Directors will not allow the Annual financial report due many months ago because it contains more sleaze where John Bourque and his cronies obtain more control over any success at Bourque Industries at the expense of the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders.

A royalty is paid as a percentage of sales, not a percentage of the profits.

An easy to understand math example:

Bourque Industries realizes a 30% profit on sales.

Less JB & CJ 10% royalty.
Less Thomas Hansen 10%.
Less 10% private party operations financing.

Doubtful profits exceed 30%.

BALANCE OF PROFITS AVAILABLE TO BORK.............. -0-

Bourque Industries will never obtain cash for operations.

This type of royalty structure forces Bourque Industries into bankruptcy.

BORK's pps goes into sub sub penny. ($0.00001)

John Bourque and croonies then purchase all of BORKs.

Leaving all of the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders with absolutely ZERO.

The perfect business plan for John Bourque's "I am Kryron. I am Bourque Industries."
