Yes there is an appeal but it will take almost another year before there is a decision from the same appeals court that said there last decision likely does not effect the outcome of the case. They will tank your appeal in my opinion.

Really? A positive appeal will do little in my opinion. Where is the money? It all about money in the cash register.
