The legal matter mean nothing but some dilution. I think they can announce whatever with the legal case on going. What matters with regard to the legal case and dilution is the injunction surviving the appeal and standing until the Florida snd Kansas cases are settled. The injunction has had both briefs filed and is now to the judge for decision. That was as of 1/5/18. I suspect the judge will provide a decision within the next 2 weeks.
