I believe the original acquisition agreement was up to 300k to clean up RMRK's books.

Also, we've been told that the paperwork is in front of the auditor.

I do not see why the would halt they process when CRCW could follow through with it.

It's still appears to be in CRCW's best interest to continue to access these registered shares on RMRK's company structuring in my opinion.
