There is a fascinating connection between an American Venture Capitalist and Toga. Longtime viewers of this page may recall in the early days that a boardmember here had had an email dialog with a Mr. James Edwards. Mr. Edwards errantly sent an email back to the boardmember believing the boardmember was related to a very, very quiet, hush-hush, project which at the time was at a very delicate stage of negotiation with Chinese investors over a large, long-term project.
Mr. Edwards carefully avoided disclosing too much information. When he realized he had emailed sensitive info , he immediately emailed the boardmember to passionately request his silence, which the boardmember honored.
Before those emails were removed from this page, I had done some research and learned there was a definite connection between Mr. Edwards and Toga via Mr> Edward's private Venture capital and entrepreneur-supporting company called Vistainnova. Turns out the VistaInnova ties directly to Toga Capital, a very busy Asian concern which is actively establishing real estate, social media, hotel, mining and other concerns.
My own intel uncovered Toga Capital's plan to work towards getting to NAsDaq status by 2019 and it looks at this point like it is not an unrealistic goal. Toga obviously has some deep pockets helping it to grow while protecting the lucky few who know there is a relationship between the two entities. FPWM has an insanely tight float, which is why it is very possible for pps on this stock to swing very dramatically. At last check there were only maybe 148,000 shares of fpwm available. The financial bond between fpwm and togl is unclear, but my bet is that those individuals who have the stomach for a wild ride may be treated to some stunning times. Don't let toga or fpwm pass through your fingers without considering it carefully. This is a longterm scenario put together by very professional people who know what they're doing, and who believe in the benefits of longerm growth and quiet, powerful stability.
