I am taking the HydraPharm A'bloc. My stock of the old A'bloc ran out a few weeks ago. I am taking 2 capsules of the new A'bloc per day. I am experiencing no adverse side effects. As far as benefits go, I have noticed that I am sleeping a bit better, my sinus headaches are less of a problem, and a slight skin condition cleared up after a few weeks. I just had my annual check-up. I need to have some blood work done.

Hydrapharm Anatabloc seems to be working for me. I started taking it the first week of December, 3 caps/day. I also have been taking 3 tabs of the original as I have 27 bottles left from when it was still available.

When anatabloc was still on the market I found taking between 15 and 20 tabs worked best for me. I cut that down to 3/day to preserve what I had left and I started to get little aches and pains back. But the back spasms and sciatica I originally started taking it for have not returned.

The reason I say it seems to be working is because I have that feeling of robust health that I got when I was taking the higher dose. I haven't had any physical problems since I started taking anatabloc years ago when it was cigarettx.

So is it working? I think it is. Can't prove it but I sure feel great.
