you are correct Mr. Chu has never owned any preferred shares

in fact he has been contesting the validity of the Toxic Notes thru Magna Equity , Kyros Equity and those undisclosed 3rd parties
as either improperly registered , anti-fiduciary acts, with their legal counsel in Magna Equity case representing both sides of the notes transaction, recent notes as intentional dilution of voting composition and un-necessary, that it could have been purchased in the open markets for a fraction of those redemptions and many other illicit means.

read post #27721 and #277729 Mr. Chu letters to the BOD of TEUFF indicating every single one of those dilutions as not properly registered, anti-fiduciary , unnecessary etc. and asking for full disclosure of those transactions

in fact two of those transactions have been reported to the SEC in the past as possible violations of SEC regs

any suggestion that he got a preferred note conversion deal with the BOD and Management of TEUFF is an impossibility worth laughing at - as he has been fighting every single one of those toxic notes issued

he is still the 2nd largest shareholder of TEUFF and has never sold a single share of TEUFF he has ever held FYI
