Right! The IPR proceedings (KnobbeMartins) and the actual Nevada suit against Apple (AvlersonTaylor) are two completely separate cases with unique representation in each.
But some seem to think that VPs response wasn't submitted in a tmiely manner and that VP changed it's legal team and they even asked "why is that?", which is total non-sense!
