On-board, this is a company that has fallen in part due to terrible financial calculations from an investors perspective. Most recently they acquired a hospital that was closed and bankrupt. They revitalized it and are now doing well and bringing in revenue. The current share price is based off of past reverse splits, dilution and now shorts, which holds about 53 percent of the volume but this company is primed for a huge turnaround. It's going to take innovation, integrated marketing, corporate donors and investors, as well as a decrease in debt and operations cost. They're currently working on all these things...
