if you want to make some decent gains/returns you can sell out along the way, de-risk during any volume spikes,
and be out completely with nice profits without even have to risk a loss in district court, you could be all the way out.
Or be riding for free, completely,
or you can hold onto it all and wait for the settlement or jury award with a win at trial.
Its play your way options.

Oil States if a win or middle ground- Volume spike
All of that happens before CAFC even gives a decision out.
If favorable volume spike
Then all of the stuff leading up to district court more volume spikes along the way.
The only thing that will materially move the PPS down is some crazy delay nobody has foreseen, unlikely,
Bad Judge panel selection and/or bad CAFC decision.
So lots of time and opportunity to de-risk if you want
Anything else is just people buying or selling for whatever reasons they have.
If all of those volume spikes come in a quick manner, and it is looking they just might, it gets compounded, more interest, more volume,
more shares going long.
So now we start looking at parabolic/short squeeze type rise.
Which all of the PPS points people predict, are meaningless.
because demand goes crazy, it is how PRKR and other IP plays have gone parabolic. It then just comes down to how high does the price have to get to make you sell, and that can get ridiculous.
Not saying that will happen, but these are additional possibilities most people don't even factor in.
Prepare for less, and hope for more.
