At one time they were pumping small amounts of oil from shallow wells, problem was the wells sites were a mess with spilled oil and needed to get cleaned up and some wells reworked some capped but the cost was greater than profits from the small amounts of oil being pumped and do believe there is something there, just weather its QOIL or ? but pretty positive oil was being pumped from their wells once.
