Wouldn’t that be a welcome complication compared to what’s considered the norm here? I can’t imagine you’re in short supply of shares. It’s not like the opportunities to load up on cheapies have been scarce.

What could be even funnier, when you yield into buying at a higher price, after a few days the stock price may still (and often does) go down AGAIN... lol. C'est la vie in this 'game'.
