Thx susa. NO crystal ball, but I feel like it's ever so close to moving. I wish I had more to say, but I just can't see it being too far away. Like I said b4, I thought it was doable back last fall, but with the delay with the tax reform bill, everything got pushed back. Being not quite 1/2 way into January, this new year is ever so young and anything is possible in this 1st Qtr. It'll be interesting to see what happens. SM
