You pasted an old filing crowin. Look at the restated Articles instead. The new Articles contain the most current information and reveals Patrick's titles of COO, CEO and Director in multiple locations.

Now where in the Nov 8 filing with Wyoming shows Patrick as CEO coo does not show any change in Collens positions
