The current OS is estimated at 1.5B ~ 2B shares v.s. the AS is 7B shares! Your quoted OS count was already obsolete many years ago, it was only as of January 31, 2015, LOL! SNVP had twice Giant Dilutions (over 1B shares) since May of 2017 and the OS was already over 400M shares from the TA before May of 2017!
