And since this seems to be the last tranche with the amount being an odd number and all I believe that the noteholder quickly sold that 20M today and now is just sitting back selling the remainder at their leisure. With the dilution overhang removed the imminent finalization of these 2 business deals could easily vault this one back to the pennies! IMHO
