But since they already have all their shares just given to them as part of the deal, they need retail investors and former beneficial owners and/or institutional investors to buy up that small float and drive the price higher on good news and simply more revelations about the valuable company (RCP Advisors) that PIOE now fully owns.
So they do need to put out good news and they do need us and 'tutes as buyers.
