Thanks for the info. I should have reread the release on 12/29. Looks like .0245 might be a good number where they got their shares. God what an awful agreement they signed with this company. Didn't Simpson have close to 40 million in cash when she came on board. Terrible use of funds and if they had hired any decent finance guy, they probably would have found someone to make a decent deal for shareholders at that time.

This woman should be fired ASAP.

The biggest reason for speed might well be they want to participate in the bounce and so slow motion probably makes for poor bounces
