My assumption was that hisc already has the 13 million cash on hand and will own most of evans. Buy hisc and you own most of what is in evans . If hisc has not saved any of the money that has been raised by selling hisc stock, then you are correct. My point was that if hisc has millions in cash from the dillution, the share price of hisc has been way undervalued by the market.
