That has been my theory since a long time. Tony is going to do the dirty work and get out with a nice retirement package. The new CEO comes in and acts as if everything has changed and it is a fresh start.
I want to be wrong and rich, rather than right and poor. Time will tell.
Have you ever considered the possibility that Tony is the interim CEO because he will be the last CEO? You can come up with a multitude of possibilities. If you think dilution is coming then sell your shares and stop complaining.
