So, what does that mean when Adrian says that he has retained the Auxesis Group.?

If I call up the Auxesis Group and I say, "Hey, if I have a project for you to work on, and budget for that project, will you do it for me?"

The person from Auxesis says, "We would be happy to do your project."

So, then I ask, "So, I can count on the idea that DNA Brands has retained the Auxesis Group to work on my project when and if we are ready, correct?"

The person from Auxesis says, "Absolutely!"

Done deal. I have just retained the Auxesis Group.

This is exactly the way that DNA Brands has retained the Auxesis Group.

It means absolutely nothing. However, potential investors in DNAX stock think it means something and that is all Adrian cared about.

Adrian wants you to think that this means that DNA will have a huge new stream of revenue.

Only... nothing more will ever happen. Adrian got the material he needed for the PR he wanted to issue. He does not have to take ANY further action on this. He has the retention of the Auxesis Group so if anyone (like the SEC) tries to call him on it, he rightfully has not lied.

It is just that what he has asserted (DNA has retained Auxesis) means not a single thing regarding generating any revenue for DNA Brands.
