That's not possible TA verified the 39mm O/S on 1/11/18, a TA verified O/S is as true and accurate as it can get. They are legally obligated to give a true count and have no bias reason to provide any other answer.
I think you were referencing claims the A/S is 350mm that's a big difference than O/S. I have never seen anyone mad at a 350mm A/S. Being Authorized (A/S) up to 350 doesn't mean they've been created and issued (O/S). I have seen no link to show it anyway. Until then, TA is all that can be relied on.
