Eventually. This $MSPC scam definitely needs to be shut down. These guys have long claimed a no-split resolution extension, but they refuse to file an 8K for that, (as the SEC expressly requires), so I think I might faint if they ever do file current financials, which I highly doubt, in my opinion.
