Still what progress have they shown with respect to milestones that they themselves put in place? Once again, at some point you have to look at your talent and what they are capable of to see if adjustments need made.

At this point, I’d say we can do better than what we currently have on hand. JMO

Dude, it says on the form "Employee benefit plan" and "common stock to be issued pursuant to the grant or exercise of awards". It doesn't get much clearer than that.
