They've sold 9 million in 3 years and we don't have IPIX's current out-share total. Meaning, how much did Aspire dump in 2017? Also, what insiders have unloaded their shares? Not really a celebration considering the stock price sits at .71.... But hey, Leo's in high level negotiations as the stock burns.
