My only complaint at this point is the late 10-K. There were not any major acquisitions this quarter so I don't see the excuse here.

If you go through the recent 8-ks there is quite a bit of good news. C3 labs is ready to test Cali cannabis for instance. I believe 60% ownership for now with a full buy out agreement possible in the future.

I really would like some further news on the CO 'license' agreement. To me it looks like it was structured as a share for debt full buyout but this is not my day job so I am not 100% sure.

I would also like to see some kind of update from the S. Cal lab but I know that may not happen for another 3-6 months. Also Yuba lab... what is going on there?
