Mur, yes, Falk is responsible for bringing in Collier. He was under pressure by a tough market and hostile investors demanding EDIG get its product to the retail market in order to sell it.
He is responsible for making the decision to change horses and has to live with it.

He could have brought in Michael Dell and probably failed too as the market timing was just plain bad.

But none the less, that was then and this is now.

Fester if you must, but the future is not behind us.

Collier was made CEO or President, I can't remember which, and was given free reign to move forward with his plan. He had planned to raise the necessary capital but the bottom fell out of the stock price as the shelf filing was delay. Again, unfortunate, but part of our reality that I choose to accept and move forward from there. Too bad there was so much negativity helping to further depress share price at that crucial juncture, but that's the way it went down. That sucks for investors but probably made some here happy.

Suck it up. It didn't work. Falk declared it was over right before the thing went belly up.

The fact remains that this is part of the company's history. To dwell on that when things are turning around may be the focus of some but this investor is looking forward to what I suspect will be some pretty good news on the new business front.
