So, its a good sign that SGMD has done away with them, and that SGMD wasn't mentioned.

Now, with a new CFO, we shouldn't be concerned about it.

I see it as steps in the right direction.

Issues with that old auditor may also have created issues, which contributed to delays?

IMO - Financial delay has to do with the inclusion of the merged companies revenue.

Also, the Market Cap (merged) meets Nasdaq requirements even though share price is low, so maybe bought them some time, as the company was/is in a state of change.
