#43707 RE: Knowledge is King #43705

ZYXI KiK, seems plausible. I'm still not interested in them due to I can't logically wrap my mind around a company making 75%+ margins largely on growth from selling diodes and battery supplies, etc for their equipment. Anyone remember EGMI? Totally difft scenario of course but was a company with ridiculous margins on a product I couldn't fathom getting that much for what they sold.

Not to mention ZYXI's collections turnaround times have gone completely against the norm in medical billing and against their historical track record norms it seems when I glanced over them.

The growth definitely looks good on paper but I've seen those scenarios before in micro land. Maybe the loss of the major competitor really is juicing things including the crazy margins they get from that stuff and the sudden big organic growth but it isn't up my alley.

All IMO only, hopefully continues to be a big winner for peeps.
