There are several ambulance chasing law firms that automatically attempt to start a class action lawsuit against any company suspended by SEC. Several did so with CRCW. Their complaint is a paste of the SEC investigation description - just vague generic claims. Then they beg for actual shareholders to join the suit. None of the accredited insiders are going to join a lawsuit so who will join? An individual who who paid $600 for an OTC share and didn't read a 10-Q? An attempted lawsuit is BS until/unless SEC finds anything other than their current observation which is "the price went crazy because some people have crypto madness".
