Let's say Denny is totally wrong and there is zero value for the nols. That is small part of the undervaluation of Syncora, so how much really is Denny misleading every one? Have you looked at the balance sheets for Sycrf with 300 million added and sca Syncora capital consolidated? Have you an opinion for what Sycrf is worth? Have you considered the valuation of the toll roads and Detroit property? Can you share how you came up with the valuation? It would be interesting to hear a fact based logical "bear" case for Sycrf. I have not seen one since the yahoo board in 2011 or maybe earlier?
