Stop signs can take two or three days to come down after compliant. It is still not compliant as attorney letter for 2016 has not been received. No volume? It is still a non-compliant pink sheet...expected.
Now I understand your frustration. CEO pr'd he would be current mid Dec. He still is not.
However, he bothered to file the reports...I'm pretty sure he is going to follow through. Once that stop sign is down, you will see the volume come in.
