Exactly. Nobody knows. That’s the point. In the absence of test result data we were told would be available weeks ago, all anyone can do is speculate.

IN MY OPINION, the fact that management no longer talks about the DoE and has not celebrated fabulous news, along with the fact that no DoE grant followed the testing, along with the fact that we are now involved in a university program that is likely a consolation prize, all tell me that test results, minimally, are not going to be a catalyst for upward trajectory.
