Are you kidding me? It’s saying that someone put in an order to sell Mobicoin to buy XCP. Current value of one Mobicoin is equivalent to .008 value to XCP. That is why you see a selling qty of 10k Mobicoin for 80 XCP coins. All those orders are in open status since they have not filled yet. Come on take some classes.
