What are you talking about? First off, Steve is attempting to get out of OTC Pinks and UP-LIST to OTCQB. Not De-list the company!! If you don't think so just go to the OTC site for ONCI,,,he is getting prepared for FINRA approval and PPS above $.01. Quit trying to act you know sumpin'!!

Thanks for reconfirming Steves course is the right one. He isnt or hasnt wasted the eary capitol on millions in compliance costs.

Next year there will be plenty of $$$$ for uplist and addition compliance of more stringent regs.
