There's just one problem with this, it's completely wrong. These guys didn't have a strategy or it changed every other minute. We now know that King was offering to sell Avid while at the very same moment he was publicly telling investors their aim was profitability in a year. At best he is a liar. My summation is he, along with the other crooks, were all liars and idiots who couldn't formulate a coherent strategy. There is no secret plan as to why they were taken out so easily. They are frauds, liars, and buffoons. That's why it was so easy to make them leave. Period.
