#29169 RE: MineAllMine #29167

I did hire an attorney for a consultation as to my options and into looking at filing an objection. After she decided I was legit, she was very professional and prompt at answering my questions about the patents, and providing copies of all the filings. Anything not doing with the patents or an actual legal filing. Nada. I even threw out and offer to buy some of the anatabine patents for $100,000 and she was, put it in a letter of intent, otherwise Miller wasn't even willing to talk.

They used the Hyrapharm and Predator info in the filings as to why they need to hurry up and sell the IP since the possible infringement was eroding the value of the patents. You have to realize, there is zero money for the trustee to do much of anything.

I sent her a link to the MS mice presentation with a brief note of what it was and asked if Miller or her had seen it. Silence.

On Tuesday I sent her a WSJ article, Drug Industry Isn't Giving Up on Alzheimer's about how companies are spending billions looking into various drugs. How Pfizer said it had plans to establish a corporate venture fund focused on neuroscience projects. And I explained how that was relevant to the MS mice video. How Miller claiming highest and best bid didn't past the smell test. And I said, Phillip Morris, should have been talking to Pfizer. Silence.

Ask about the warehouse, silence.

Yeah, I heard the stories about the warehouse. Apparently the stealing was found out when the offices on the front of the warehouse flooded. Apparently there is some manufacturing equipment of some sort, packaging, materials, and maybe product. I don't understand why Mullan didn't sell all that stuff off and close the warehouse. It's like they walked away and left it.
