After doing a little digging, it looks like this "Dispension Industries Inc." didn't come online until December 21st, 2017. They have a Facebook page and a website, and that is it. There is no record of this company being at the address listed on their website prior to September 2017, so it looks like a recently created business. Looking at the street view of the building, there is a space for lease on September 2017, and no listing of "Dispension Industries" on the outside listings. The phone number listed on their website is a "voice of internet" provider, and not an actual landline.

As a wholesaler, Dispension Industries Inc. (DII), tests, packages, and distributes large quantities of cannabis products to government-approved retailers, and maintains a vast network of secure Verified Identity Dispenser (VID) systems

There is no record of this anywhere.

The rest of the website is either incomplete or seems like filler.

That's all I can find about this company. It looks like it just popped up out of then air within the past several months, and there is no news or information about any operations other than their partnership with American Green. In my personal opinion, this company was formed for the soul purpose of marketing or to create the appearance of markering American Green's AGM. There is no past business or substantial information that this company has done anything else.

Kind of funny how American Green shifts gears so quickly. First it was Colorado dispensing machines when Colorado was legalizing, then it was Nipton with California legalization, now it's Halifax with Canada legalization. American Green is just jumping trying to ride the hype train.

I thought this was interesting - in the about section:

"Dispension Industries Inc. It looks like it was created to pump ERBB.
