"Legit" companies don't sell shares?

Bruce, in order to sell shares, feels the need to Facebook videos so suckers keep buying and he keeps selling through VNDM/BMIC on the ask and hitting bids.

What makes HEMP different from all other public companies? HEMP not allowed to sell shares to public?

Most OTC "legit" companies just delivers sales/results, file on time, etc,

Most "legit" otc companies have assets and don't mind showing those assets.
The companies that only market products and have no assets, those are scams.
