This is part of the reason why I started to buy up Emerald shares ....This is not the only green stock to do a number of secondaries based on the huge price increases of their stock ....
I agree completely with you regarding Dilution - I have been thinking same - I believe - Just MO that the reason they went to market and raised so much cash is because they realize they cannot open one X-Lab at a time and that they need to enter the space on a Grander Scale.
